Visual Studio 2005 - SP1 - Application failed to initialize 0xc015004

I was just installing a new laptop (Windows XP SP 2), then installing Visual Studio 2005, no problem until there.
Then I decide to install the Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1, but I got an error during the process: insufisant space on the C: drive ... :-s
I fix this by increasing the partition, but then i got an stopping error when installing the SP1 (err 280 ?)  and even an error while uninstalling / reinstalling Visual Studio !

I finnally succeed to re-install everything correcly by uninstally everything with the help of the dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
